HI, I’M CHRIS

and I’m a Performance Recovery & Sleep Coach who helps entrepreneurs, executives and sports athletes to reach a whole new level of energy, performance and success (while enjoying their ride). In my former life as a tennis pro, strategy consultant, corporate executive and e-commerce entrepreneur, I  had to learn the hard way what it feels like to collapse from success. On my own recovery journey I learned everything about energy management and sustained high performance that I now share with others.

My philosophy is based on oscillating strategically between high intensity (stress) and low-intensity (recovery) periods to achieve maximum performance when it matters. My Strategic Performance Recovery System has made me an in-demand expert, mentor and advisor for entrepreneurs, CEO’s, executives, athletes and other top performers.

The linear approach (hard work only, no recovery) leads to growth in the beginning, but finally to stagnation (and often even a drop in performance).
