Hi, i’m Chris

In my former life as a tennis pro, strategy consultant, corporate executive and e-commerce founder, I had to learn the hard way what it feels like to collapse from success. On my own recovery journey I learned everything about energy management and sustained high performance that I now share with others.
My science-based and battle-tested Strategic Performance Recovery System is based on oscillating strategically between high intensity (stress) and low-intensity (recovery) periods to achieve sustained peak performance. My implementation focused approach has made me an in-demand coach, speaker and advisor to high achievers in tech companies, big corporates, the leading consulting and investment firms and fast growing startups worldwide.
We as human beings… we are not machines. We are designed to pulse and move rhythmically between intense periods of stress followed by adequate periods of rest & recovery.
