But here’s a warning for you…
If you exercise too late in the evening, you don’t boost your deep sleep, you destroy it.
Why?
There are many reasons-but 2 big ones are:
1.   Your heart rate elevates
2.   The carbon dioxide in your blood elevates
And both make it harder to fall really into deep sleep fast.
What is the solution to this?
1.   Stop boosting your heart rate above 125 beats /min three hours before you hit the sheets.
2.   Stick to the more relaxing moves, like light stretching and yoga three hours before.
Perform your heavier workouts, like your burpees, your interval training, and these things, either in the morning or at lunchtime or at the weekend. And if you stick to these tips, you really create the best conditions for sufficient deep sleep, a calm body, a tired body, and a tired mind.
